Chidananda Khatua is the CEO and co-founder of EquBot. Chidananda brings more than 20 years of experience in artificial intelligence and machine learning. Most recently, he spent 18 years serving as the Director of Engineering at Intel and as the founder of a successful startup called Bumperglass. He holds several patents in hardware, software, and technology. He was honored by Business Insider as one of the “Top 10 People Transforming Investing,” and as one of the “Top 100 People Transforming Business.” He holds an MBA from the Haas School of Business at UC Berkeley, a Masters from Stanford in Electrical Engineering, a Masters from the Indian Institute of Science in EE, and a BE from VSSUT (UCE) Burla.

Srikanta Patnaik has received his Bachelor in Engineering from University College of Engineering, Burla (presently VSSUT, Burla) in 1989, MBA from Sambalpur University in 1991 and Ph. D. (Engineering) from Jadavpur University, India in 1999. He has served at University College of Engineering, Burla and Fakir Mohan University and SOA University for more than 30 years. Presently, Prof. Srikanta Patnaik is Director of I.I.M.T., Bhubaneswar, which is an AICTE approved management institute. He has supervised more than 30 Ph. D. Theses and 100 Master theses in the area of Computational Intelligence, Machine Learning, Soft Computing Applications and Re-Engineering. Dr. Patnaik has published more than 100 research papers in international journals and conference proceedings. He is author of 3 text books and edited more than 100 books and few invited book chapters, published by leading international publisher like IEEE, Elsevier, Springer-Verlag, Kluwer Academic, IOS Press and SPIE. He is the Editors-in-Chief of International Journal of Information and Communication Technology and International Journal of Computational Vision and Robotics published from Inderscience Publishing House, England and, Editor of Journal of Information and Communication Convegence Engineering and Associate Editor of Journal of Intelligent and Fuzzy Systems (JIFS).  He is also Editors-in-Chief of Book Series on “Modeling and Optimization in Science and Technology” published from Springer, Germany and Advances in Computer and Electrical Engineering (ACEE) and Advances in Medical Technologies and Clinical Practice (AMTCP), published by IGI Global, USA. Prof. Patnaik is a Guest Professor to Hunan University of Finance and Economics, Changsha and Kunming University of Science and Technology, Kunming, China. He is a member of Institute of Electrical and Electronics Engineering (IEEE) and Association for Computing Machinery (ACM). He is also Fellow of IETE, Life Member of ISTE, and CSI. He has visited various countries such as Japan, China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia, Iran, Malaysia, Philippines, South Korea, United Arab Emirates, Morocco, Algeria, Thailand and Vietnam for delivering Key note addresses at various conferences and symposiums

Professor Florin Popentiu Vlãdicescu

Dr. Florin Popentiu Vlădicescu is a highly accomplished academic and researcher with a strong background in Information and Communication Engineering, specifically in the area of software reliability. He has held various academic positions and made significant contributions to the field of Information and Communication Engineering. Dr. Florin Popentiu Vlădicescu is currently a Ph.D. supervisor at the Military Technical Academy "Ferdinand I" and an associated professor in the Department of Control Engineering and Industrial Informatics at the University "Politehnica" of Bucharest. In 1998, he founded the first UNESCO Chair in Information and Communication Engineering at City, University of London, demonstrating his commitment to promoting education and research in the field. He has held visiting professor positions at several prestigious institutions worldwide, including Telecom Paris, Ecole Nationale Superieure des Mines Paris, ETH Zurich, and many more. Dr. Popentiu Vlădicescu has been an active member of program committees for various international conferences and symposia related to his field, held in different countries around the world. He has published over 200 papers in international journals and conference proceedings and is the author or co-author of multiple books and book chapters published by Springer. He served as Co-Director of two NATO research projects, which involved collaboration with partner institutions across Europe. These projects likely focused on software reliability and related areas. Dr. Popentiu Vlădicescu has been involved in editorial and reviewer roles for various international journals, including ACM Computing Reviews, Neural Computing and Applications, and more. He is a member of organizations like ENBIS and IEEE Reliability Society, holding the title of IEEE Senior Member (SMIEEE). He was elected as a Fellow of the Academy of Romanian Scientists in 2008, recognizing his significant contributions to the field of engineering and computer science. Dr. Popentiu Vlădicescu has served as an expert for the European Union's H2020 program and the Quality Agency for Higher Education. He has also been nominated as a UNESCO Expert in the field of Higher Education, Research, and Knowledge. He has delivered keynote addresses at various international conferences and has been an invited speaker at multiple academic events in different countries.

Professor Grigore ALBEANU is a professor of computer science at Spiru Haret University in Bucharest. His current research interests include different aspects of scientific computing, modelling and simulation, software reliability, virtual reality techniques, soft computing and E-Learning. He have authored or co-authored more than 80 papers and 10 educational textbooks in applied mathematics and computer science. He is a member of different scientific boards in Romania and abroad, being active as referee (IJCCC, Conferences: ICCCC, CSEDU, IARIA, SSARS, ICVL), reviewer (for ACM Computing reviews since 1988), chairman (International Conferences: ESREL 2005, ELSE 2007, ELSE 2008, ELSE 2009, SSARS 2009, etc), and invited professor (SSARS). Jointly with Marin Vlada (project coordinator. University of Bucharest) Mircea Dorin Popovici (Ovidius University of Constantza) and Radu Jugureanu (SIVECO Romania). G. Albeanu received his B.S. in computer science (1984) and his Ph.D. in Mathematics (1996) from University of Bucharest, Romania with a thesis on nonlinear models (computational statistics approaches). From 1984 to 1989 he worked as software developer for ICAS and CCSIT-ITC in Bucharest (data analysis, computer aided design, information systems, real time operating systems, computer graphics). Starting with 1991, till 2002 he has been assistant, lecturer, and associate professor of computer science at Bucharest University. He was appointed professor of computer science at University of Oradea in 2002. During the interval 2004 - 2007 he was the head (Chairholder) of the UNESCO IT Department at University of Oradea. Since 2007, he is professor of computer science at Spiru Haret University in Bucharest. His current research interests include different aspects of scientific computing, modelling and simulation, systems reliability, virtual reality techniques, soft computing and E-Learning. Dr. Bijayananda Patnaik is working as Associate Professor in ECE department, National Institute of Technology (NIT) Raipur. Prior to that he worked as Assistant Professor and HoD at departments of Electronics and Telecommunication Engineering at International Institute of Technology (IIIT) Bhubaneswar. Dr. Patnaik obtained his PhD degree from Indian Institute of Technology (IIT) Bhubaneswar in 2013. He was recipient of MHRD fellowship from 2009-2011. He has teaching and research experience of around 15 years. Dr. Patnaik is author and co-author of 50 + research papers in reputed International Journals and Conferences including IEEE, IET, Elsevier, Springer, De Gruyter etc. publishers. He is also a reviewer in Elsevier Journals, Springer, De Gruyter and many other International Journals and conference papers. He has successfully guided 4 PhD scholars, and 18 MTech thesis till date. He is a member of various research committee of Government of India and Government of Odisha. His teaching and research interest includes 6G Technology and beyond, Analog and Digital Communication, Advanced wireless Communication, Optical Communication, Satellite and RADAR communication, Non-linear Optics, Advanced modulation formats, IsOWC system design etc. He has published more than 50 research papers in various International Journals and International conference proceedings such as IEEE, IET, Elsevier, Springer etc. He has also reviewed various research papers of IEEE, IET, Elsevier, Springer etc.

Dr. Jayanta Kumar Dash

Dr. Jayanta Kumar Dash, having earned his Ph.D. in Operations Research from IIT Kharagpur, is currently serving as an Assistant Professor in the Department of Mathematics at the Institute of Management and Information Technology, Cuttack—a constituent college of BPUT, SD&TE Government of Odisha. Previously, he held the esteemed position of Professor and Head in the Department of Mathematics at ITER, Siksha'O'Anusandhan University, Bhubaneswar, for an impressive 11 years and 6 months.          Over the course of his extensive 25-year teaching career, Dr. Dash has imparted knowledge in various mathematics courses across disciplines such as B.Tech, M.Tech, BCA, MCA, and M.Sc. His academic influence extends beyond the classroom, with six research scholars benefiting from his guidance. Notably, he has contributed significantly to the scholarly landscape, publishing 29 research papers in renowned international journals like OPSEARCH, FODM, IJFM, JIFS, Soft Computing, and others.          Dr. Dash's expertise lies in Fuzzy Set Theory, Operations Research, Stochastic Processes, and Fuzzy Optimization, areas where he actively engages in research and presents his findings at both national and international conferences. Acknowledging his standing in the academic community, he also serves as a reviewer for several prestigious international journals. Currently, Dr. Dash continues to share his wealth of knowledge by guiding three Ph.D. students on their academic journeys.

Dr. Paikaray brings with him 15 years of a robust academic background and a dedication to teaching and research. He incorporates his extensive knowledge and expertise into the classroom, fostering a dynamic and interactive learning environment. Known for his approachability, commitment to student success, and willingness to provide guidance and support outside the classroom, Dr. Paikaray earned his PhD and M.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from Centurion University.            In addition to his teaching and research responsibilities, Dr. Paikaray is currently guiding four Ph.D. scholars. Dr. Paikaray has authored more than fifty research publications, five patents, and four books. Beyond academia, he actively participates in conferences, journals, workshops, seminars, and research projects. Dr. Paikaray has reviewed over a hundred research articles for international journals and conferences. His research interests include Information Security, Machine Learning, and Data Science
